Directions to complete your background check:
BEFORE start your background check, please confirm that your name listed is your Legal Name and NOT an abbreviation or you will be required to redo it.
Please complete this as soon as possible
Click the link, go to your profile and complete Your background check https://system.gotsport.com/
Email/User ID – is your email address, click on “forgot password” if you do not know your password.
FYSA Requirements
EVERYONE will have to COMPLETE the following 2 courses
Safesport – SafeSport Certification Directions
- please use the same email address you have used previously in Safe Sport, and you will have to enter the certificate number, preferred or upload your certificate; if it doesn’t show you completed the course right away –
- Refresher Courses – take about 10 minutes
- If you have never done a Safe Sport course, the first time, you will have to complete 3 modules, each module will take 30 minutes, you can complete one at a time, you don’t have to complete all 3 at once.
CDC Heads Up – CDC Heads Up Course Directions
- The CDC HeadsUp concussion awareness course takes about 30 minutes – without stopping.
IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED A HEADS UP COURSE IN A PREVIOUS SPORT FYSA REQUIRES YOU TO COMPLETE A SEPARATE ONE FOR THEM.
