Dear Futsal parents, players, and coaches,
We now have Futsal, and are part of the U.S. Futsal program.
Attached is the registration link for enrolling your child on the US Futsal website. Kindly use the provided link to create an account for yourself as a parent and for your child.
It is mandatory for everyone registering for the 5 V 5 Futsal Program to be registered with the U.S. Futsal to ensure they are properly registered and insured while training and playing in the FUTSAL facility.
To start, you will log in to the U.S.Futsal.com program, click on Player Registration on the top Right.
Above the picture, click on 2025-26 Futsal Player registration, (which will take you to your GOTSPORT Log in Page)
Click continue on your child’s tab, then answer the required questions. Save and continue.
The next page will allow you to update parent information. Save and continue, enter emergency contact information, save and continue.
In the First drop-down box, Select Association Select Florida Futsal,
In the Second drop-down box, select Greater Boca Youth Soccer Association. Then save and continue to complete the registration form.
Then you will have completed the US Futsal registration. The registration fee is $10 per child and $20 per coach to register with the United States Futsal Program, which must be paid when you register. This Seasonal Affiliation registration will allow you to register for all FUTSAL Programs from now June 1, 2025 thru May 31, 2026.
