My main objective as a coach is to get the best out of my players. I believe with good communication and understanding, one can really connect with the players. The game of soccer is continuously changing, I enjoy adapting to the game and want to pass my knowledge of the game to the next generations. As a soccer a player, one can always continue to get better. I am a firm believer of development, of all aspects of the game, tactical and technical.
