ON-LINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ & FOLLOW THE STEPS OUTLINED BELOW TO REGISTER FOR
5 v 5 MINI SEASON
1. Click on link below marked "ON-LINE REGISTRATION"
2. Click on "LOGIN & REGISTER"
3. Click on "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" 1st time users only. If you registered online for either last year’s mini season or the recreation program wait list use the log in you have already created and skip to step 10
4. Enter your email address and a password that you can remember
5. Click next
6. Enter Parent info on 1st page Please capitalize where necessary
7. Next page enter either your spouse’s info or an emergency contact
8. Next Click on "ADD A CHILD" to register Player
9. Enter player’s information. Please use their legal name. Please leave the NICKNAME space blank. Click SAVE.
10. Next screen will allow you to register your child. Click "REGISTER" BUTTON
11. Under "5 v 5" Select "REGISTER TO PLAY"
12. Next screen will advise you of the division you are registering for. If you are willing to Coach a team enter "COACH" in comments section. CONTINUE
13. If you wish to register a 2nd child or yourself as a coach CLICK "REGISTER ANOTHER PERSON" and repeat from step 8.
14. If you are finished entering players and coaches CLICK on "CHECKOUT"
15. There is no charge for COACHES registrations. Player registration is $65.00 / player
16. Fill in Credit Card info.
16. CLICK on " CONFIRM ORDER "
When you see the "ORDER COMPLETE" page you are finished with the registration process.
